1.1. After an order has been made by the User on SNACKAMMI.COM, the automated system of the e-store notifies the User with a message to his e-mail address about the order being successfully accepted.
1.2. After the order is completed by the User, our employee confirms it by phone call. Deliveries are made for confirmed orders only.
1.3. The delivery time is 3-5 working days from the order confirmation date, according to the courier company’s national delivery schedule. Deliveries are not carried out on Sundays and national holidays. DELIVERIES ARE MADE ONLY WITHIN BULGARIA!
1.4. The ordered products are delivered to the exact address specified by the User (regardless of whether it is residential or work), in appropriate packaging, or to the specified address of an office of the national couriers Speedy or Econt.
1.5. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the products to the specified address within the specified period, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery. The user can express his desire to receive the goods after the expiration of the delivery period, when he is not available at the address specified for delivery, bearing all the additional costs of delivery.
1.6. All orders placed are delivered by the methods and couriers described below. You may find more information about the working hours of courier companies on their websites.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
2.1. For each ordered product, the User pays the price that is announced in the AMMI online shop at the time of the order. The price of any product can change dynamically.
2.2. All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT. The indicated prices of individual products are for the respective quantity and do not include delivery costs.
2.3. Payment for the ordered AMMI products can be made in two separate ways, regardless of the choice, the payment amount is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.
2.3.1. With “Cash on Delivery” – payment in cash to the courier upon delivery;
2.3.2. By credit or debit card;
2.4. The user undertakes to pay the postal, courier, or transport costs related to the delivery of the goods, not included in the sales price.
